The Aging Neck
Unfortunately, your neck is just as prone to wrinkling and sagging as the rest of your face. The skin on the neck is very thin, has fewer sebaceous glands, and is just as vulnerable to wrinkling and sun sensitivity as the skin around the eyes.

So What Can You Do?
Always remember to pay special attention to cover all the exposed areas of your upper body with a good sunscreen when outdoors, even if the sun is hardly shining, and keep your neck protected from wind and snow.
Keep to a healthy diet containing plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and be sure to exercise regularly, it doesn't have to be strenuous but keep to a routine.
Give up smoking. Smoking is one of factors that can cause wrinkles, as the past post I referred.
Use neck cream to review the wrinkles.
