Big Muscle

Do you envy someone ‘s muscle? Do you want to have you own big muscle? Are you shy to express your body?You can have the good shape as others


Okay. Here I introduce some ways to make you have big muscles. And do as I recommend to you, you will train your muscle naturally and avoid some common mistakes.


1.Make a plan
The plan is necessary to you. You should take excise as your plan and have a rest as it.The plans differ from different people. Make sure that the plan is proper for yourself.



2.Get stronger
Weight lifting: I recommend weight lifting. Start with empty bar and learn proper technique. Then add weight to keep pushing your muscle out of comfort zone


3.Get recovery
Rest
Sleep
Eat: take in the nutrition and energy you need from the food

4.Eat whole food
Though prior to egg and dairy products, you should eat whole food including vegetables, fruit.
The eggs, meats and dairy products contain the protein that it is very important to make your muscle big.
