Whitening teeth

White teeth are symbols of health. So all want white teeth. However, some people have yellow or discolored teeth. It is not your fault. It is related to these things: The food you eat; what you drink; whether you smoke.

The food you eat:
Berries, curry, cherries, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce contain a lot of pigments. These pigments will cause teeth to stain. Acidic foods also contribute to stains that are left on teeth.

What you drink :
Tea, red wine, coffee can make your teeth stained rather easily.

Whether you smoke:
Smoking is the main cause of stained teeth. After smoking for a long time, you will find your teeth get stained eventually.

If you have already had yellow or stained teeth, now it is not enough to brush teeth everyday. How can you keep your teeth sparkly and pearly white?

Here's some easy to follow tips:
1. Give up smoking
2. Use whitening toothpaste

3. Turn to dentist

Make sure whether you have the teeth disease first. Then have the whitening procedure. The bleacher may have effect on our teeth. However, the degrees of whitening depend on the sensitive to the bleacher, which is different as individual.
