Thought about heath in Qing ming


Qing Ming Festival is coming. In China, Qing Ming is a traditional festival which people visit their ancestral graves. It is a tomb-sweeping day. On that day, people go to sweep tomb. By this, they express that they miss the relatives who have passed away. This year, many people gathered at Huang Di's grave to honor our ancestor Huang Di. Among them, I found Lian Zhan, the honorary chairman of Kuomintang party. He is the reprehensive of Taiwan compatriots.


I am very happy to see that we and Taiwan compatriots has more communication in various field, whether in commercial or in science. It is a significant event in Qing Ming Festival. But I think Qing Ming is not only a tomb-sweeping day. It is more important thing that it tells us treasure our present life. Although we is confronted more pressures, we don not lose confidence in the life. We should not be addicted to money and fame, ignoring our parents, friends, lovers and so on. There exists much more important thing in our life. Health is one of them. After a long time work, after staying up late, the level of our immustiy will be weakened, thus our body is easy to suffer the disease.

Health is the first figure of 1000.It means nothing while the first figure does not exist. It will be zero. Let me give some advice to help you. Firstly, do excise regularly. Occasion Excise may cause the hurt of muscle. The excise frees you from the stressful work. Secondly, think freely. In medicine, it is called meditation. Think some sweet memories. These memories can bring you back to the happy time. Recalling may be a shelter of us. In it, we avoid being hurt and cure ourselves. Thirdly, spend more time with our family and friends. It brings a good mood to us. In this mood, we feel happy and content. And someday in the future, we will not regret for not companying with them when they are live. To be healthy is just so easy. Why not do it following the tips?

1.spare time to acompany your parents

2.take the health examination regularly

3.do sports regularly

4.keep a balanced diet

5.not be too sad,try to be happy and calm

6.enjoy the good time with your relatives

7.If your are parent,spent more time to care about your child
