Good Diet——Healthy

With the crisis developing, the value of possessions has shrieked heavily. The price of stock is falling down. It seems that the end of the world is coming. The bad luck is doomed. And this further contributes to less confidence of life. This is the negative aspect of the crisis.

However, everything has two sides. The crisis also has the positive aspect. Now that it is hard to make money, some people begin to pay more attention
on their own health. As the saying goes, health is the first figure of 10000.Without the first figure, it is meaningless.
The financial crisis has further effect on our daily life, including the style and the concept of our consumption. Healthy eating has become a trend of
consumption. Here I will give some advice on good diet. I hope that may be useful for your health

The key point of healthy eating is keeping the balance of the food. Nowadays, food is so various that sometimes we may some food which contains similar nutrition.
Thus, we will break the balance. Proper balance of food can guarantee us the necessary.

Here are some tips that I am following.
1. Eat different kinds of food,
2. More vegetables fruits
3. Milk bean and its productions
4. Aproriate fish chicken egg and meat
5. Less oil and salt
6. Do more excise and keep fit
7. Sufficient water
8. Limit drinking
9. Fresh food and eat according to the season
